WHAT WE ARE AND HOW WE LIKE TO DO THINGS

We want to play an active role in the development of sustainable energy systems, and to be a leading company in our country’s energy transition towards a society that is increasingly mindful of the environment. To achieve this, we develop a sustainable business that takes into account the needs and interests of our stakeholders and integrates them throughout the value chain. Responsibility for our actions lies with the company and with each of the professionals working in the organization. We want a team made up of fine professionals, people exhibiting values and commitment.



At Solideo we also have a Code of Ethics and Conduct, which defines the guidelines for ethical and responsible behavior for all those forming part of the organization, thus reinforcing the commitment to society, the environment and good governance towards our stakeholders. Solideo has an Ethics Channel for direct contact with the Ethics Committee, at the e-mail address etica@solideo.es to report any violations detected.

Solideo has developed its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy and Master Plan, which establishes the company’s social, economic and environmental objectives and commitments to its stakeholders.

The Master Plan constitutes a legal and practical action framework consistent with Solideo’s values and management model. It also has a CSR Committee that oversees its compliance, development and evaluation.

For its implementation, we have focused on meeting the needs and serving the interests of our stakeholders, and furthering the Sustainable Development Goals established by the UN in the 2030 Agenda, aligned with the company’s activity and its characteristics:

We feature a set of rules and principles that ensure the proper functioning of the company’s governing and administrative bodies, as we pledge to:

  • Strictly comply with the laws and regulations in force in each of the countries in which we operate.
  • Guarantee safe infrastructure, equipment and facilities through our Quality Policy, which sets down a set of necessary properties and characteristics for our products and services.
  • Follow anti-corruption and transparency measures, acting with professional integrity and honesty in the execution of our work, and providing truthful and reliable information.
  • Maintain institutional respect in our relations with public administrations and to be up to date on all our legal, tax and labor obligations.
  • Carry out purchasing and procurement activities in accordance with responsible, transparent and objective criteria, assigning priority to ethical and responsible suppliers.
  • Promote fair competition, respecting the legislation in this area and seeking to maintain good relations in order to share experiences and promote the sector’s development.
  • Promote compliance with human and labor rights in terms of employment conditions, and health, hygiene and safety in the workplace.
  • Act according to criteria of respect, dignity, justice and integration, taking into account the different perspectives and diversities at the gender, cultural, functional, generational and sexual/affective level of each person at Solideo with respect to the work they perform.
  • Provide people with the education and training necessary for their professional development.

  • Reduce pollution by minimizing waste generation through reduction, reuse and recycling systems.
  • Contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage with historical value, minimizing waste generation and pollution.
  • In view of the global pandemic, which requires the support and intervention of governments, organizations and society as a whole, Solideo has implemented an Action Protocol and Covid-19 Preventive Measures to ensure the safety of its employees and customers in the carrying out of their work and services. Solideo has adopted a series of preventive measures against possible contagion in the following processes:
  • Before going to a customer’s/company’s address.
  • Transportation or transport to the customer/company’s domicile.
  • Before, during and at the end of the intervention at the customer’s/company’s home.
  • In the placement of specific and approved PPE to prevent possible routes of entry of the biological agent, as well as in their proper use and their removal and disposal.
  • In offices, distributed guidelines will be followed to prevent the spread of the virus, such as the disinfection of tools and material used, as well as measures involving distancing and the organization of workstations. Hydroalcoholic gel is available in each of the areas.
  • IMPORTANT: Solideo performs COVID-19 IgG/IgM “rapid tests” on all its installers every 15 days.
